Co-Chair / Board member

Luza Jaramillo is a Sr. Program Manager for the Governance, Risk and Compliance team within EA Security at Electronic Arts Inc. She has more than 15 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Governance, Information Security, IT Compliance and IT Auditing. Before EA, she worked for Riverbed Technology and EY. In her early professional years, she worked for the Bancolombia Group in Latin America. 

Luza is the Global Co-Chair of Latinas in Computing, a Systers Community, and has been a member since 2010. Luza is the Co-founder and Conference General Advisor for LATINITY, a GHC-style regional conference for Latin American Women in Technology, which has been hosted in Chile (2015), Peru (2017), Colombia (2018) and Costa Rica (2019). She currently serves as a Board Member for SOMOS EA, the Hispanic/Latinos Employee Resource Group (ERG) at EA. Luza is an active member of SHPE (SV), ISACA (SV), IAPP, IEEE and Toastmasters International.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology / Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from EAFIT University (Colombia).
