LiC Co-founder Gilda Garretón was awarded the 2011 HENAAC Luminaries Award for her diversity work.
Gilda’s main research focuses are VLSI CAD algorithms including Java
multi-threaded tools. She received her Ph.D. from the Swiss Institute of
Technology (ETHZ) in Zürich and her thesis was on 2D/3D mesh generation
tools suitable for device simulation.
